Unhappy all new coils still missing/insert question

Still trying too get ready for big trip to Florida in June, while fighting blown spark plug problem after having 2nd insert put in I had a miss under a load but not bad enough to set code. After a little more driving miss got worse and since trip is coming up I replaced all the COPS and that took care of it. I did it my self and felt real good fixing it myself untill this weekend and the miss has come back. The plugs have been replaced some time in the past.
Any suggustions on the miss now, it feels just like it did before I replaced coils not very bad but enough you know its there. Except it feels like it does it when you let off the throttle instead of under power. Could I have got a bad coil and how do you tell if it is not bad enough to set a code?
Now the insert question what would you guys recommend as far as a kit to buy? The one that my stealership uses is from MAC tool and has a tool in it to put in the hole in the head to make sure you have proper alinement for drilling and cutting new threads. Does the Timesert kit have this feature?
My last question is I looked at the one on this site that claimes to be the only one that is approved by Ford, I think it's called true torque? They say that you have to use a aluminum insert on a aluminum head because of the heat transfer and expansion or it will cause a miss problem. I wonder if this could be my problem? Are the ones from Timesert metal or aluminum? Any help you can give me would be greatly appriecated, sorry for the long thread.

Whats wrong with my post? did I do something wrong? Just tell me, all I am looking for is a little help. I finally did find my miss, the jack leg mechinic that fixed it the last time I had a plug blow charged me for a new coil so I did not bother to replace that one so curisoity got the best of me and I pulled the one he put on and it was all corrided where the spring connects to the bottom of the coil, it looked more used than new.

So I replaced that one and have had no missing since. If somebody could please weight in on my other questions about the kits and what inserts to use I would appreicate it.

Thanks I have looked at the site but will go back and talk to the guy, thinking of getting the emergency plug kit any way.
