Battery light?!?!

I had to replace the alternator and batteries about 2 months ago and all was well until 3 days ago until it wouldnt start, so i took it to get checked out and the alternator wasnt putting out enough so i replaced it again. All is running good now but my battery light comes on just when ever it feels like it and yesterday my guages and radio kept cutting in and out, the only thing i could think of is when we put the new alternator on i arched the wrench to the battery and alt. and created a 1 sec. spark....maybe a fuse blown????

A blown fuse would make the light stay on all the time, if that would cause the light ot come on in the first place. I would check all the battery connections, that means the connections at the batteries as well as the ground connections. It sounds like you're loosing a ground connection. That would make the alternator act up as well as everything else to not operate like it should. When you clean a battery connection, you can use dielectric grease to help keep corrosion from coming back, but vaseline works just fine and is a lot cheaper. Check the connection on your starter selenoid too.
