Radio wiring problem
While installing my cd player into my new 94 one of the wires you dont use happened to ground itself out before i got a nut on it. I had it all working once but when that happened of corse it blew the radio fuse. After replacing the fuse with two separate brand new ones I still dont have any power to any of the wires in the radio bundle. The fuses are good, and cant even get power from the illumination or dimmer wires. What else coulda hapened? It was just a real quick short and I never smelled wiring.

Did you check all the fuses in the fuse panel. i had mine do something simalar and later found out it was a short in the headlight switch but i had to go through every single fuse to make sure they all were good and i had to replace blowen ones that really had nothing to do with what i was working on.
