Fuel problem

need help, my E350 7.3 with 202,000 miles on it always ran perfect till a few months ago i noticed when idleing down the highway it loses power till i let off the pedal then its fine till i get up to the speed i want then same thing!!! i notice it only does this in the cold (under32 degrees) if its warm out it runs fine. cauld it be injectors, the the fuel get thicker below freezing?when this happens it sounds like a vacuum leak till i let off the pedal

EBPV, Exhaust Back Pressure Valve, it's normal. Most of us here have unplugged it and forgot about it. It's supposed to help warm the engine faster but IMO, it's not needed.

The 2 wire connector is under the turbo on F series trucks, not sure about a van. You might need to pull the engine cover inside the truck.
Madvan knows for sure, he'll drop in here and help out.

Agree.
Check the sensor and pipe.
It has to be clear to sense exhaust pressure.
