that is by far the most redneck (meant as a compliment) and bad@$$ truck I have ever seen. i like the "warning I brake for tailgaters" sticker, for those times i have backup lights wired to a switch that give them a nice blinding flash.
what i have done in the past to go from 2.5 to 5 in stacks it weld a 2.5in adapter to a plate and cut a hole in the plate then weld the stack to a plate and cut a hole in that too get a little rtv and bolt the 2 plates together
Thats how mine is. Looks about the same.
I'm going to make a downpipe and take it from 3 to 4 to a 6 inch miter cut offset to the right.
But yea it looks awesome in there. My rear bumper is the same way. And the lights work well for that as well.
I know somebody is going to cuss that hitch, probably more than once.
I am thinking about going to a front bumper like that, someone just backed into mine yesterday and bent the bumper back into the fender.
He did stop and tell one of the guys I work with he almost hit it, guess it might be bad if I almost hit his with the excavator bucket.
A 42" bucket full of mud on a 325 Cat swinging around, his bumper may be sticking through the steering wheel after I almost hit his.
Course it was a Chevy, and there are other options.
might try going to an exhaust shop and have them make you one.or look for a semi junkyard and do some salvaging.not sure what size exhaust is common with them though, plenty of truck drivers on here that can tell ya though.
Most big trucks are 5" turbo back to the muffler.
Older trucks with 318 detroits had 4" and some medium size later model trucks have 4" possibly even 3 1/2 old school busses too.
