Stupid Question.....
Can a F-350 single cab long wheel base be converted to a 4 door (crew cab) short bed?

yes......but the amount of work involved to make it safe and look right would make the project no where near Feasible!!!

I would think you'd have an easier time taking all the goodies off your F350 LB and putting them on the CC SB when you get it, but thats just my .02.
