Ok here goes stupid question # 283614...lol I got asked what this part was. It was off a 1992 F150 with EFI 5.8. The guys is stripping the truck for off road use the best I can tell and wasn't sure what this was. It was under the dash and wires went into the engine compartment. I have a guess but just wanted to get it straight from the experts here. Here's the pic he got.... Thanks for any help.

hard to tell by the picture, but if it is a ford part, i would say it looks like the door ajar and key in the ignition chime.
if it is not a ford part, i would say it is part of an aftermarket alarm system.
