You should have gotten heat modules with each seat which control the heaters. There is a red/black for both modules that is fed by a hot all the time 30 amp circuit, and a lightblue/pink 15 amp circuit that feeds both modules and that circuit is hot with the key in run.
There is one darkgreen wire 30 amp circuit hot all the time wire that feeds the switch assembly for the power seat functions.
