what tools do i need?

basic hand tools, hammer, air gun (optional but will really help), allen wrenchs, screwdrivers, C-clamp (to compress the brake caliper pistons), 3 or 4 cans of brake cleaner, clean hi temp grease, shop rags, pliers, spanner nut socket ( four prong)
i think this is pretty much it, just take your time and make sure everything is nice and clean before reinstalling
oh and i suggest running the lug nuts down on the wheel studs when you tap them with the hammer. this will keep from mushrooming the threads with the hammer.
