New Brake Pads?

I need to get new brake pads, what are the best pads available for an 07 Ford Expedition. I am leaning towards the Hawk LTS's. Considering I put hawk hps on my moms infiniti g35 and it greatly improved her braking ability. So far I have found:

Hawk LTS
Raybestos
Motorcraft - really want to avoid oem if possible, I have only gotten 30K out of the originals.

i read some bad reviews on ceramics on an F150 forum, supposedly they wore really quick and didnt stop the f150 nearly as fast as the oem brakes, which i find hard to believe. A few people also suggested they made there rotors wear faster.

and i bet those guys on F150 online forum were using cross drilled and slotted rotors also, rite??
there is a reason ford does not use cross drilled and slotted rotors.

yes, they make for better breaking on race cars.

but for street use, they will eat brake pads like there is no tomorrow.
