Flowmaster Force II
Anybody mounted this on an earlier model f150? I have a 79 with a 5.8L and I am curious to know if I can make it fit. I don't know that there is a difference between 79 and later exhaust mounting around the rear axle. Any help would be great

I have the kit on my truck, and don't think it would be much trouble to make it work on an earlier model. The only thing you may have to worry about is the hangers. On the later model trucks, the hangers are welded to the tailpipe and attach to the frame via rubber boots.
