I was trying to take my CDR off and clean it. I removed the two bolts and then tried to pull it off. It did not want to come off. My question is, do I need to just pull harder or is there something else I need to undo. Thanks for the help guys. One more thing When I was trying to pull it off I could feel a tube that ran underneath it to the engine. It felt like it had a crack in it don't kno for sure because I couldn't see it. Any advise would be appreciated.
Went out this morning didn't have time to really try to take it off, but I reached under it and I almost positive the tube underneath it is cracked feels like about 1/2" crack. It also feels like there is some kind of clamp on the CDR side of the tube NOT the valley pan side. Does anyone now where I can get and what part number the tube and grommets are thanks for the help
Thanks again guys. Looks like I won't be able to get to it until Tuesday. Glad I drive a work vehicle. even if it is a Chevrolet. 2007 Impala. It's ugly and kind of small but it sure is fast when the speedo says 140 it means it lol
