Remove that gawd-awful trim!
Paint the door handles.
Chrome wheels. (8 or 6 hole OEM take-offs or somethin' else OEM because they can be had cheap and you don't have to get new tires)
I like the Rhino lining idea.
New y-pipe.
PI heads.
Custom tune from 5-star tuning.
08/09 Tow mirrors.
Tint the windows.
Give it a good detail & wax.
That's a nice truck.

i just got it, it has 70,xxx miles on it, i paid 6500$ for it, so i think i got a good deal, the headers are leaking abit, i think there is a new kit to fix that problem. Im gonna take out the plastic bed liner and get it sprayed, im gonna get a K&N intake for it "not just the filter" I was also thinking 2" lift with 315/75/16's, Also a new bed cover. I have Steerglow bulbs in it now..

I would do the following for enhanced reliability:
1. Inspect the entire vehicle looking for any leaks, damaged components, etc.
2. Replace all the fluids (transmission, axles, cooling, etc)
3. Do a complete tune-up (plugs, wires, maybe even COP's)
4. Replace fuel filter, pvc valve, and any other component that has a tendency to clog
5. Replace serpentine belt and any pulleys that are showing signs of wear
5. Replace battery (w/ Optima) if it is near the end of its useful life
6. Do a front-end alignment
My 2005 F350 only has 28K miles but I plan to do all of the above in May just so that I can set a baseline for future maintenance. The sky is the limit on performance and cosmetic enhancements. That's really up to you.
