Question Crank Case Venting

Ok lets try this again..... apparently with the computer problem yesterday it deleted my thread so here we go again..............

Ok guys I have searched and searched regarding the weeping problem and believe one of the main issues causing the weeping is the crank case pressure..... I seems like no matter how many times you get the leak fixed at the bell housing, it leaks just after bringing it home. Dealer explained it is because the factory CCV is not sufficient enough. only mod i know about is re-route the hose to atmosphere, where it should be anyway. maybe you could add another one on the oil fill cap somehow?.

IMO dealer is trying to divert attention from their inability to fix your oil leak.

I've got a Cold Air Kit from Jobe Performance. It has a crankcase vent that ties in with the intake (between air filter and Mass Air Flow Sensor). Only problem I can see with that is the potential for overpressure causing engine to "run away". I'm thinking about venting another way and plugging the hole in the intake pipe.
