Not cold enough here for me. I cant see it helping much though as you would be blocking your Intercooler which seems to me that would result in a higher EGT. I think these trucks put out more than enough heat to keep the coolant warm. I may be out on a limb here as i have no prior experience with one, but my $.02

It does get a little cold up here in Wisconsin but I don't have one either. Just curious, why would you want to get one? Truck not heating up? Mine cooks me out.

Never had any problems in N. Illinois. If you're looking for cheap a piece of cardboard wired to the intercooler.

Wink

I think any competent auto upholstery shop should be able to make one for you, and even come up with a creative way to install it.

I just use a piece of carpet, works good for me. I cut it to fit into the grill and 4 spring hooks to latch onto the grill and I am good to go.

I think Lisa (Smokin') got one when a fellow PSD'er gave it up, and maybe one other person, but I can't remember who...

I've got the 203* thermostat and even when we hit -25 for a couple nights I still had to turn my heat down on long drives.
