High Flow Cats.

I am new to this forum so forgive the typing. I have a 95 F150 with a 5.0 EFI in it. What I have been reading that the two objects in the exhaust system that look like cats are. Correct? Now some of you say that a person can get by with one high flow cat and it won't hurt a thing. Well what brand is a good high flow cat? How about a Dynomax? Any help woud be appreciated. Thanks

High Flow Cats.

Summit Racing has the high flow cats I bought a set and they work real well no complaints yet.
