it should link to the specific post within the thread instead of the first post in the thread.....let's see...

 

it works...you'll notice the address bar change when you click on the permalink tab and you can copy and paste that url..

I used to just click on the post number and then c&p the url - but then you only get the one post

 

ummm, I still don't get it.

 

Look at the url address bar, the post #changes at the end of the address........ so you can save that address and return to that exact post to save looking all through the thread to recover it!
