Turbo confusion

Turbo confusion
Im sure this is gonna be a "duh" answer, but we are confused.
When i bought my truck they told me "it has a banks turbo". it has the sticker and everything on the side. But, the cover on the turbo says ATS???? so which do i have?
im assuming its the ATS and the banks is from the turbo they had on the 6.9 engine it came with before it blew??
