plugs

Anyone use Autolight XP103 plugs? I have a 2004 5.4l.

Just achanged mine and used autolite ht1 with a bunch of antisieze. The other plug allot of people use are the champion 6878. That one has an adjustable gap.

the champions are 7989 not 6878, just so you know that way no one doesnt go and try to get them.. ha Anyways i'm changing mine soon so i wanna see what ppl are using..

Are the new Autolites one piece or two? Because when I do change my plugs I am not going to go near a two piece type. So far it seems that only Champion and Risk seem to GET IT!

Autos are 2 but there good plugs with alittle antisieze
