The line between unlawful restraining of a person and school is a very blurry line.
I'm being forced against my will to go. I'm being held there against my will. My right to free speech is impeded if not eliminated. If I attempt to rebel and reclaim my right to free speech I will be unlawfully detained for an average of 15 minutes. What happened to my right to trial by a jury of my peers?

Unfortunately the primary schools sometimes fall short in communicating that the 'rights' that are taught to you apply more towards those considered adults by the law.
And the schools also sometimes fall short in sorting out what constitutes being an adult in the eyes of the law.
For instance:
- Criminal juvenile issues and the recent Connecticut change in applicable age versus offense.
- Being an adult as it applies to getting married versus being an adult to enter an adult novelty store / establishment.
- Being an adult to serve in the military and bear military issued arms versus being an adult to posses personal side arms as a civilian.
Then there is the flip side as to what constitutes children for instance:
- My mother is in her 70's yet I'll always be her child (often referred to as adult children).
- The reporting of victims of violence and destruction, depending on the motives of the statistician those children of violence can be as old as 21 to legitimately fall into their survey.

Bills are piling up and the city of New Haven isn't very good at paying their bills. That's why I told dad "Hey why don't we wait until we have another truck before we sell the one we already have." But NOOOOOOOO "We'll have another one in a week blablabla I'll do what I want blablabla"
