Dallas - I really appreciate you giving ALL the details on that #9 at JJ's... but did you have to include the calorie count??? I'm only doing about 1500 per day, so I guess I could eat that sub and maybe a cup of yogurt, that'd be it for the day!
i'm sorry.. but it does show that when people do see how unhealthy restaurants food really is they do think twice about eating it.. New York passed a law that all fast food restaurants are suppose to show nutrition facts on the menu.
