Ford 9.75 inch differential

I have a 1997 F150 with the 9.75" differential. Can anyone tell me anything about this new(I think) diff. I am particularly interested in, does it have c-clips to hold axle in and is axle bearing any bigger/better than 8.8" axle bearing?

The axle still has C-clips, and yes, the bearing sizes have been enlarged.
