Bolt pattern?
What is the bolt pattern for a 3/4-1 ton for 92-96 and is it different than a 2000?

I assume you are asking about F250/350 wheels. If so...
F250 from 1953 thru 1996 & F350 from 1967 thru 1996:
8 lug, 6.50" bolt circle.
1997 and later: Metric.

Thanks, was given a Sterling 10.5 and plan on putting it under my 93. I guess I'll need to get the axles and rotors redrilled to the 8x6.5.

Why?
Sterling 10.25 first offered in 1985. Thru 1996, the F250/350 wheels are the same.
They're also the same wheels as E250/350's. These same F250/350 wheels were used into the 21st Century on Econolines.
Is your 1993 an F150 or Bronco?

1953/79 F100 & 1975/96 F150 / 1966/96 Bronco: 5 lug, 5.50" bolt circle pattern.
2WD/4WD: same wheels.
Some 1980/83 F100's are 5 lug 5.50" bolt circle, some are 5 lug, 4.50" bolt circle pattern.
No FoMoCo passenger car has a 5.50" bolt circle pattern.

'93 F-150, If the 10.5 is the metric bp, I don't want to have to run 2 different wheels. I know the 170mm bp is close, but I would rather not play horse shoes and hand genades.
Ford 1/2 tons going back to the mid 60s run a 5 x 5.5" wheel bolt pattern.

I wasn't saying to run them, I was just stating that they were close.
