2005 F150 no wipers. They will make one revolution and stop. Re-toggle switch, and it repeats. I replaced wiper motor. Same results. Ford says no GEM. The truck has water damage. Fuse panel on pass side has been under water. The truck also had a lighting problem, but a new multi-function switch fixed that. Also, no output from radio, but radio comes on and functions, just no audio. Truck starts and runs ok, and lights work. Any ideas? Thanks.

Check fuses
f113, 30 amp
f1, 10 amp
f102, 20 amp
in the underdash fuse box. The motor has power all the time. It uses a cam switch inside the motor for the park position. The red wire has constant power, and powers the motor through the whole cycle till it gets to the park position. If there is no power from the other circuits, it will stop. If there is power, then that will carry it on through the park position till the cam switch closes again.
