another VIn question

The truck I bought has been in a wreck and had the frame welded where the VIN should be on the passenger side. I know there is one under the cab on the passenger side, and i understand that it's a bitch to get to. Has anyone ever gotten without taking the cab off? I don't have the time to take to the cab off is the reason i ask....thanks in advance

Just a thought. Is there room to get an inspection mirror in there?

I don't think that you can get to the VIN on the frame under the cab without taking the cab off. good luck.

what does the door VIN say?
