I can't recommend partstrain.com

I'm getting a run around on returning a sway bar end link that was supposed to fit my 4x4 but doesn't.

Got the part. Didn't fit. Then I:

1. went to the website to request an RMA; filled out the web form as specified
2. waited five days
3. finally emailed customer service asking what was up with the RMA
4. got the third degree via email on why I wanted to return the parts
5. then was told to call an 800 number for an RMA
6. got all the same questions I had already answered on the web form and in the email
7. was put on hold for literally ten minutes
8. now I'm told that in two to three business days (that means early next week) I'll get an RMA number via email, then a second email with a shipping label
9. then the return depot will "evaluate" my return for a credit

Pain in the ****.

To get the correct parts, I went through the FTE Parts Guy. Cost twice as much but came in a couple of days and was correct.

Watch that you get exactly what you want from RockAuto, they have a no return policy. I'm still sitting on the wrong power window motor.

I returned a part last year to Rock Auto (A hub for the wife's Stratus) that I ordered wrong. Cost me return shipping and had a credit to my credit card in less than a week.

Proof, once again, that you get what you pay for.
