About How much more horsepower will I be putting out if I rebuild the 351 5.8L and bore it .030 over?

Boring an engine .030 is not going to make much difference in the stock power. Should make it run much better though if it was wore out.

what kind of mods could i possibly do to get more power out of it without spending a lot of money
