Dash removal

The 94 pump hoist truck had a very broken up dash, glove box and frame missing, etc when I got it. So with things being slow I decided to swap the one from the donor parts truck. I have all the screws out, instrument cluster and bezel out, radio out, heater controls out, etc. The dash seems to be attached to the heating plenum and there are two screws at the very end (behind the door posts) that go into the plenum frame that you cant get to. Do you have to take dash and plenum out together? I am starting to think it would be easier to change the cab! Any input appreciated

Try this manual: 1996 Bronco/F-Series Workshop Manual Go to "Body", then to "Section 01-12: Instrument Panel and Console", then to "Instrument Panel Removal" (under REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ). Hope it helps.
