What are you guys using for tie rods? I have the C-type tie rod extenders and recently had the front end aligned and one of the bolts holding the extender on had came loose did anyone else have this issue?

 

Could that have not been tightened properly?
I've looked around since your first post on this - thats all anyone is using anymore and I haven't seen any other problems.

Make sure it has the lock washer and goop it up with the good locktite.
