OEM DVD Remote
I've got a factory installed DVD player in my 2005 Expedition. The original remote must have been lost and the dealer supplied me with an OEM one (and headphones) when I bought the truck used. However I've never been able to get it to work. The headphones work fine, the batteries are fresh, the red LED lights up on the remote but doesn't operate anything on the DVD player. Is there a manual or who manufactured the 2005 units? Ford has been next to useless with solving this problem.
