Here comes the snow!?

I really hope it isn't true. I moved down here becuase I love the place and also to get away from all the snow. Besides, if we get any ice I will not make it up the hill out here on KY20(at least that is what I will tell them at work).

Wife and oldest (5 years old) are out playing in the snow right now. Probably the most fun she has ever had with 6" of anything.

Well I made it in this morning with out a problem. That big heavy 6.9 over the front end really makes a difference. There is no way I would try the 180 degree turn (we call it the horseshoe) right before Petersburg, in that regaurd I am chicken. I love my Bronco to much to roll it over that hill!!!

did you take it down 18 and then turn on to 20 and head home that way. Yeah it adds miles but it avoids the horseshoe

We've had a bunch of ice and our power is out right now. Thanks goodness for generators!

We still have power. My brother in Scott county doesn;t have electric. We got about a half inch of ice, and I'd say pretty close to a foot of snow.

I had over in inch of ice stuck to the trucks when I went out to clean them off. Still have power thankfully. Let's not talk about all the snow.

We just got our power back at 8:00. Ryan, I live about 2 miles east of Petersburg and the horseshoe, just down from Woolper were it meets 20. So the lesser of two evils is to go up the hill to I275. But Frankinstine, she seems not to mind the snow or hills.

I live near Chicago and have property in Kuttawa Ky, just east of Paducah (about 35 miles). I'm thinking that Chicago may have milder weather these days. Of course I'm just kidding. Seriously, I hope that everyone is okay and that you get power soon.
Stay safe
