Annoying squeal

Annoying squeal
When it is cold outside, my '05 Super Crew Lariat has an annoying squealing when driving doen the road. It is not constant, it comes and goes. It almost sounds like an AM radio station when you hear it going in and out through the hills. I have turned off the radio and heating system and it is still there. It does not matter if the engine is cold or warm. Any body else have this issue?

I thought about the belt also. You would think that the noise would be continuous and there is only 41k miles. But, i have heard of belts doing stranger things. I will probably replace it as it is a fairly cheap (and nescessary) fix.
