What Are These?
They almost look like snowplow mounts or something. I've never saw anything like them before. What do you think?

it looks like the sway bar mounts but the pics are hard to tell which way is up. Are they hangin from the bottom of the frame rails close to the front bumper?

Yea. In the upper left hand corner of the right picture is the steering sctor.
