I just got a 2003 Excursion limited Diesel. I got one question.....

Are the heating controls supposed to light up, the ones that the people in the rear can control? (The ones next to the DVD player and screen)?

Ok thanks. Mine aren't lit up so I guess I should pull it down and check out the wires.

I don't know the specifics of it, but mine to is messed up. Half of the panel is darker than the other, so I'm assuming a bulb is burnt.

Does anyone know exactly how to fix it?
