Ok guys. i just got my 92 flareside last night. now when i got it the passenger side glass was busted out. And i knew bout this. well i went and got a new window. But not im struggling to get it in. i had it on the track but i cant get it into the seal things. if i get it in the one towards the back of the door i cant get it in the one on the vent window divider. HELP!! its cold and i dont wanna be driving around without that window. Thanks for any advice i get in advance!
You need to remove or at least dislodge the vent window to install the main window.
Remove the inner door trim.
Remove the 3 bolts holding the vent window and single bolt on the mirror stabilizer and tip the vent window as shown in the pic.
With the regulator all the way down, insert the window glass into the door and slide the track onto the window regulator assembly. If your glass doesn't already have the track piece on the bottom install this first. You can allign the glass into the rear track at this time.
Now reintall the vent window making sure the window glass is inserted into the front track.

The way Conanski described it is exactly what I had to do for my truck. That's pretty much the only way you can do it.
