Loud pop when braking
I am new to this site. I have a 2000 Excursion that I have had about nine months and have noticed a loud pop in the front end when I begin braking. It feels as if it is coming from the passenger side. I have looked through a lot of the threads and have not seen this problem addressed so it must be unique to me. Doesn't happen all the time but probably 80% of the time. For some reason it seems to happen more in cold weather than warm but does happen pretty consistently in all weather conditions. Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing this. Thanks.
