Need better tires
I have an 08 F-450 KR Dualley rear wheel drive only truck. I do a lot of highway driving so I didn't get it with four wheel drive. The truck came with Continental 225/70R19.5 HSR both in the rear and front of the truck. My neighbor has the same truck with HSD in the rear and HSR in the front, his truck is also four wheel drive. It snows very rarely around here but it did the other day and the truck performed badly. I dont want to spend alot of money on new tires but I need something that will get me through the snow and grip the road. Do they have any tires that are multi seasonal so they don't have to be switched out in the summer months?

Two wheel drive dually is your issue. A lot of surface area and a lot of weight equals poor traction on snow. I have never seen a two wheel drive dually do well in the snow so I would save your money or buy chains for the duals for when or if you get stuck. They just aren't meant to be on slick surfaces.
