Driveshaft questions

I have a 1999.5 f-350 reg cab 4x4. Whats the weakest link, the driveshaft or U joint? I want to get the Spicer u joints but not sure what ones i need. I want to do the rear and front

keep in mind from the early 99 to febuary of 99 (build dates)there where 3 differnt front ends..not sure on the joints... but some parts are differnt..
