Awesome. Sounds like you're getting a heck of a deal. How did you get the other guy to trade?

Do you have the ability to take videos? If so, I am really looking forward to seeing plenty of exhaust and driving vids.

well the guy is a family friend and it was his father-in-laws. his father-in-law died bout 2 years back and now the wife is wanting it gone cuz the memories. so he was gonna sell it to me for 1500 dollars when i sold my truck but all 3 possible buyers either were fraud or backed out. so he said we'll trade. and yes i will be getting several exhaust and driving vids. it sounds so nice. its that classic flowmaster sound. and when you rev it up high. and let off it crackles. uuuuuguggggghhh i love that muffler. its not loud like the F100 is but ill get over it.

Replace the 50 with a short glass pack and cut off the last cat. That ought to be loud enough for you, eh?

nah i really in a way dont want this truck to be loud. the F100 was ugly and loud thats just what that truck was. This truck is just nice and smooth and fast and mean sounding. i loved the F100 being loud but this truck im gonna keep it like it is exhaust wise. i like it how it is. and that muffler is less than 3 years old. and its 215 dollars so no. no changes.

-shrug- don't tell me you don't like the way your exhaust sounds and expect me not to say anything. Exhaust is my thing.

hurry with the vids

i did like the way the F100 sounded. but thats a different type of truck compared to the flareside. i just would like flareside to be a deep tone. i like the flowmaster on it. sounds good.

Good deal Chris. If you want I can send pics of my exhaust on the truck for you to copy if you change any of it. I'm just running a cheap turbo muffler from Summit on mine...

A little late to post, wish I've ran across a flareside for that price; when I started my current build. Looks go, don't see too many ext cab flareside around.
