Mirror dimension needed

08/09 F250 4x4 XLT 17" tires

Can someone please give me the dimensions from the ground to the bottom of the mirror and from the ground to the top of the mirror?

I need to check some vertical clearances and the pdf files only show mirror width open. Folded measures 85.5" wide.

Thanks

The 2004 CAD drawing I have shows 49.2" to the bottom and 61.4" to the top. I know the 08/09 mirror is a different shape, so I tried scaling the pdf drawing by holding my ruler up to the monitor. Closest I could estimate would be 49.5/50.0 to the bottom and 63.5/64.0 to the top.

The measurement to the bottom is more important, so I'll have to make sure I keep obtructions below 48 inches. I'm looking into changing the garage door linkage (old swing up style door) for a bit more clearance.

I now have a confirmed build date of Feb 12/09 (special thanks go out for this info).

The measurement will change depending on a lot of factors like suspension setup, tire selection, and suspension upgrades. It's going to be really hard to get an accurate reading.
