All oiled filters run the risk of contaminating the MAF sensor with oil residue and causing inaccurate readings. Ford recommends only using filters with a felt sealing gasket. AEM makes an OEM replacement filter which has the felt seal and no oil. That is the one I went with and have had no problems with it. The name of the filter is AEM Dryflow Performance Panel Filter.

save your money. a K&N or other filter won't do you much if any good with the OEM intake
a CAI won't do jack either without tuning.
I personally would just slap another OEM style filter in there and call it good. I'm a fan of K&N on carb'd motors, but not EFI...too much dirt gets through
