I followed your directions, Adrian. I logged out, an FTE screen said "successfully cleared cookies" or some such, and "click here to return to previous page". I did that, to no avail. I clicked "tools", "internet options", "delete cookies" no help. I still must login at each visit, and I DO click the "remember me" box...

I did all above the same is happen to me plus some of the form I go to will not let me log in even with a new pass word send being to me .. I have XP
Do you know if it is Internet Explorer, Firefox etc., and if so, what version?
You can find this by going to the "Help" then "About..." section, it will tell you
(Sorry for the 20 questions, but it appears to be a problem limited to a few people, and the more specifics we get, the closer we can get to solving the problem for you )
I am using Firefox and have this problem. I had to switch to Firefox from IE because of the last "upgrade" you did.
I do not want to clear all of my cookies, because then I will be logged out on every site that I visit. I do not remember which passwords and user names go with which site.
This is a mess!
Also, when I post a reply, I get the moving circle thingy (tech term) in lieu of an hourglass, denoting "hold up a minute, dude" for 20 minutes, if I will let it run that long b4 hitting the red X stop icon, rather than seeing my post nearly instantly (broadband) as I am used to.
raerjim just hit the back buttom after you post ,the post will already be posted.. it works for me ... How do you like the cold down there ... if you like we can send some snow.....
Ok - I tested the site on IE 6.X (it still seems to be the most popular IE)
Am downloading IE 7 to check now

FTE has always been available with IE and FF (and Opera, Safari etc. too)
If you are using FF, you don't need to clear all of your cookies, you can search for all of the cookies associated with ford-trucks.com and delete those

Does this happen consistently, or did it happen for a set time period?
The reason I ask is that occasionally our server will spike, but I have not been able to replicate on a consistent basis.
