Finally introducing myself
Well I'v had my new to me truck for about a month now and I'v been a member of this site for most of that and have been just sitting on the sidelines reading through a lot of posts. I decided i needed say hey and thank everybody here for all the wealth of knowledge thats available.
I bought an '01 F350 ext cab long bed, 4" lift, 35" Toyo's, Cold air intake, 4" cat back exhaust, Edge Programmer, 112K miles on the clock. I installed a double din nav unit and am working on installing an Alarm/Keyless Entry/ Remote Start on it now, which is great when your color blind.
Besides learning more than i can recall i did use FTE to help with locating my fuel leak on the water fuel separator, it was the O rings.

Welcome to FTE. Glad to see you chiming in now. No need to by shy, if you're reading a thread and don't understand what you're reading, just stop in and ask. Odds are, several more people out there are wondering the same question.
As for tips, change your oil when you're supposed to. Injectors are expensive and they fire off of engine oil, so keep the oil in good shape and your engine will treat you much better.

Welcome to FTE Bubba..... I got on here and registered right after I got my 01' 7.3 and had question bout block heater and within a few minutes had a picture of it and idea of where it was if I couldn't find it there .. The knowledge on here is second to none.

Welcome ! I did the same thing, lurked a good while then jumped in. It's a great group and everyone is more than willing to help. I fixed 3-4 things before I ever spoke up on the site. Glad to have you in the crowd !
