help!!! 4 wheel drive issue
hello all! i have a bit of an issue. i was plowing last night and lost my 4 wheel drive on my 1994 ford f-350 7.3idi . when i tried to shift it in it just makes a grinding noise?. same thing with 4 wheel Low. any ideas? T-case, u-joints?

You need to give more information. With engine off, transmission in Park and parking brake on then shift transfer case to four wheel drive with front hubs unlocked. Can you turn the front driveshaft? If you can then you have a shift linkage problem or a transfer case problem. If the shaft does not turn then the problem is in the front axle or locking hubs.
You can find out where by lifting each front wheel, locking the hubs and turning the wheel. If everything is good the wheel will not turn.
