Truck is in my signature w/89K miles. Was nice enough outside so I did some servicing to the truck. Haven't gotten to work on it since the weather turned cold right after I bought it.
I can not get the differential plugs out ... front Dana 44, rear 8.8". Sprayed them with PB Blaster and waited. We're talking this bad ... a 250 lb. guy lying on the creeper, gripping the grille guard and steering linkage, with his foot on the wrench ... and it didn't budge. Rear is seized, as well. What are my options here? Keep spraying it with PB Blaster for a few days and try again?
get an acediline tortch and heat the area around the plug to cherry red but not more than cherry red because you will weaken the metal and don't spray blaster while it is hot it will act like thread locker
