Defiance!
My wife and I were going to go see Gran Torino yesterday, but the sow we wanted to go to was already sold out, sowe opted to see Defiance.

We were not disaoppointed one bit! This was an awesome movie, based on the true story of the Bielski brothers. Great story! These people had more grit than I could ever imagine!!

Similar event for us. We went to see Tom Cruise, skipped it due to sell out and watched Defiance. Which we also wanted to see, just that we chose Tom's flick as more interesting...
Defiance is a real story of real people. Totally amazing what they went through.

I spent a day at the concentration camp at Dachau last time I was in Germany. Real sobering stuff. Defiance is on my list of things to see. My hat is off to those that had the stuff to stand up to the tyrants.
