back up lights don't work??

Just as the title entails. The details are I have replaced the neutral saftey switch on the side of the tranny and after that they worked but now they don't... The harness plugs in on the firewall I have no power there??? Are those lights fused in with something else or are they on there own circut? I have checked my fuses and all are ok except the very top one and I don't even have power on either side of the fuse??? This is a 79 F-100.

I believe there wired up with the windshield wipers, and the radio. Check on JBG and click on support, then click on technical help and theres wiring diagrams for a 74 and that should help.

You're right I just the mannual and they're fused with the wipers but my wipers work??

Check the wires coming into the fuse box, I have had some that have come loose where they join on to the contact.
