WTH, I've got 14.5 V at the EVR

I was under the impression that the ECU controls the EGR vacuum control solenoid with 5 V, and a switched ground? I just measured the EVR and it shows 14.5V KOER. When I ground it I get very minimal movement @ the EGR

I'm getting code 33, and the EVP checks out.

You should have battery voltage at the EVR solenoid, and you are correct that the computer controls the ground. Only sensors use the 5V reference circuit. It sounds like you may have a vacuum leak between the EVR and the EGR valve.

I checked it with a different, New line hooked directly to the EVR.
Gonna check the EVR supply line in the AM.

I am making progress. It seems the vacuum reservoir rusted out over the summer.

Does anyone know what the resistance should be across the EVR solenoid? And should I hear an audible click when the solenoid is engauged?

With a '93, you have 3-digit codes, so more than likely you're getting a code 111 (system pass). All codes get repeated.
