Looks close, I see you have the little white things flying up there also.

If you are interested, I have a friend down here that is a pipeline welder.

He used spacers like you would use to mount duals on a SRW axle and mounted 325 wide mudders on his dually.
One spacer between the drum and inner wheel, one spacer between the inner and outer wheel.
Also went with air lockers in both ends and Ride Rite air bags on all four corners.

I told him that must have cost a nice chunk of change, but he just said I have not had to be pulled in or out of a job since I did the upgrades.

I will say he has one mean looking welding rig built on an F 350 crew cab base.

If I remember right his were steel, but that is the same principle.

His truck was an 01, so he had the 170mm metric bolt circle.

That is way cheaper than I have ever seen spacers, normally in the close to 400 range per pair.

I've heard several people say that they can run these size tires on the 87-91 trucks with no issues so I don't doubt that. My front suspension has seen better days so I'm assuming mine is just sitting a bit low from age. Even if I could have cleared the bumper they would have had some nice grooves on the inner sidewall from my steering stabilizer which I can't remove or I get the "death wobble" so stock tires were my largest option.

Absolutely, it would depend on how much weight the OP is intending to tow/haul. I made that recommendation only to insure that there wouldn't be any clearance issues (should he be in a similar position as I am) but I would never recommend going narrower if you intend to approach the trucks maximum capacities. Very good point to bring up.

Well I can get the same spacers with the correct studs (9/16) for like $150: eBay Motors: WHEEL SPACERS ADAPTERS 8 Lug Dodge Dually Ford Chevy GM (item 110337171121 end time Jan-19-09 11:20:36 PST) But at half the price I think I can live with the "wrong" lugnuts
