I saw this and fell out of my chair. Thought i would share. Sorry if it was already posted.

This guy ran over a mattress and decided to keep going. The ensuing jumble finally whipped around enough to put a tear in the gas tank, the subsequent lack of fuel is what finally brought this vehicle to its knees.
It had still managed to drive 30 more miles decently with a 60 lb. tangle wrapped around the drive shaft.

This genius complained that the vehicle had a "shimmy" when driving it high speeds.

This is what the dealership found..............

 

Good lord! That is a massive mess I cannot believe that drive shaft how did he make it 30 miles with that! What was the truck?

 

I got it in an email today that was being passed around.. I opened it up and went " WOW"

 

How would you not notice that?!

 

I still don't see how the drive shaft stayed together will all of that on it or it didn't lock the entire thing down.

 

Got a phone call yesterday from a guy who thought his BTS had gone bad. Just because he couldn't go anywhere and did have a shimmy at first. Told him to check his driveline, sure enough, phone rang about 2 min. later. Broke the driveshaft right about the center support bearing, at the u-joint.
